Staples needed to supercharge store sales in 2023. Instead of rolling out big changes across the chain, they took a more targeted approach. It revolved around reimagining the store experience in 80 stores across a dozen emerging growth markets — from Atlanta to Albuquerque. The launch started with a marketing blitz in each city that included radio, out of home, outreach and ribbon-cutting ceremonies.
